Question by Craig: what are the consequences of under age sex?

If one person is under the age of 16 and one is under the age of 18, but over 16, and the two willingly have sexual intercourse what are the consequences if it ends up in court. and is it easy to prove etc. any information much appreciated

Actually it's legal as long as you're both under 18.

Of course, you will go to hell for it.
