This evening I spent a little bit of time cleaning out the old photography room/studio for Zoe. I've been procrastinating about it cause I really don't know where to put what's left. some things just don't have a good place... especially things that you use every day.
Anyway, this guitar was in there.
When I was in High School, I reallly really really wanted to be a rock star. My parents were worried about the whole sex/drugs/rock-n-roll thing... and I understand that, but they were really not supportive with the music thing.
I needed a guitar but really had no real way of acquiring one. So I borrowed equipment from friends and bought some seriously cheap guitars (by saving my lunch money from school) from some people I knew. I learned to play on instruments that were just barely playable.
So I had some electric guitars, but I really wanted a decent accoustic. I thought I'd never be able to afford one when out of the blue and without provocation, my real dad calls up and tells me he's gonna send me this guitar that he had. I was so stoked. The guitar had been in a prison in Raiford Florida and had been through a lot. The first few frets had been so worn that someone removed the last few frets to replace them.
I loved this guitar and it sounded great, but over the years it saw a lot of wear and tear and at one point a friend left it on top of the car while loading some equipment... needless to say, it didn't stay on top for long. it hit the asphalt soon after.
It's been without strings for a few years now cause the neck started to separate. But I plan to get it fixed at some point. Anyway, I figured she deserved a shout out.

Question by Ali Stevens: When me and my boyfriend have sex he tells me to play dead, should I be worried he's a necrophiliac?
I don't mean to sound creepy or anything but it really scares me when he kisses my neck then tells me to lay still and play dead. Should I be worried that there is something mentally wrong with him? I don't want to hurt his feelings by telling him to stop but I don't want to be part of his dead games if this is in fact the case.
